Tamar Smus

As an Ofsted-rated “Outstanding” educator with more than fifteen years’ experience across primary and secondary education, Tamar specialises in teaching Key Stage 5 A-Level Psychology.
Tamar holds a Master’s degree with Distinction in Psychology of Education and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), combining extensive classroom experience with a deep understanding of educational and developmental psychology.
As part of the Advocacy Support team at JSENSE, Tamar has undertaken specialist IPSEA training and manages a small caseload of families. Tamar brings her wealth of educational expertise to this role, using evidence-based practice to understand children’s individual needs, support parents and help secure the right educational provision.
She is passionate about creating inclusive environments in which every child and young person is supported to reach their full potential.
